I had requested no early morning appointments due to high volume of traffic in NW Arkansas. This early morning appointment was the only appointment available. As I walked in, I overheard staff stating how terrible the traffic was today. I was 7 minutes late for a much needed pain shot. There was one person in the waiting room and a half empty parking lot. The woman at the front desk stated that I was late, and couldn't have the pain management shot now. I had to reschedule. Formerly, I gave recommendations to others who needed pain management to this office. No longer. I was mistreated as a patient and now have to suffer. I don't wish this to happen to anyone else.
