If I could give it zero stars I would. She did not listen to my mental health concerns after life altering things occurred to me very young. I was concerned and wanted to be tested for adhd and she told me to write on post it notes. I went in for fmla for my job. She was rude and didn’t want to give it to me. Although I have an autoimmune disorder. She said she would give it to me in the end. After being completely condescending about the situation. Which if she didn’t want to give it to me that was fine, but at this point I felt like I couldn’t have a conversation without being judged. So when I waited for my job to receive the paperwork back she never sent it. Never filled anything out after telling me that she did. She also wrote incorrect things about me in my chart without even asking me questions. She pushes her own agenda thoughts and feelings onto you about mental health.
