They have an excellent work flow process that they follow where the nurses take the tests PRIOR to doctors checking on patients so either insurance pay it if they are covered or if not then on you as they are extremely busy staff and don't have enough time to check whether it's gonna go through or fall back with a heavy bill on patient.Again the main point is a big miss by them , Its not about why getting tested ,ITS ABOUT NURSES DOING IT BEFORE THE PATIENT IS GETTING CHECKED OUT BY DOCTORS.Doctors should be guiding the nurses what all tests should be performed AFTER EXAMING the patient, then it's understood if the tests are done.
