I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and care we experienced at this office. My elderly mother-in-law was left waiting for over three hours without any clear explanation or updates from the staff. For someone her age, that kind of delay is not only frustrating but also concerning.What made the situation worse was that no one kept us informed about the reason for the delay or how much longer it would be. We repeatedly tried to get updates, but the staff was either unavailable or unable to provide any helpful information.Afterward, attempting to follow up has been just as frustrating. Reaching the clinical staff has been nearly impossible, and getting in touch with the office manager, Crystal, has also proven to be extremely difficult. Calls go unanswered, and messages are not returned.Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and basic consideration for patients—especially elderly ones—is unacceptable.
