I had an introduction appointment where we discussed many things. I advised that my insurance did not cover a certain thing. She coded my appointment to the exact thing I told her my insurance did not cover. Went round and round with her and the team and UC Davis. She refuses to change the code even though it's 100% possible and easy to do. I am now stuck with a $615 bill for the privilege of meeting her.
