Patient Experience & Satisfaction

How likely are you to recommend Dr. Abramova?
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this office. How a doctor’s staff treats their patients is a reflection of the doctor themself. I’ve been a patient of this office for 7 years and not once have I had a good experience with their staff. I will be seeking the care of a new dermatologist. Dr Abramova’s service is decent, but the staff is extremely rude and condescending to the point where it’s not worth it to see this doctor. You will not have access to Dr Abramova at all, maybe it’s that way by design but it would be helpful to talk to the her when dealing with rude staff that isn’t understanding.
