Dr. Layla Wren, MD

Called after being assigned by my Insurance Company to this physician as she was taking new Patients, the person that answered the phone was so rude, I asked to speak to the manger she laughed and stated it won’t do you any good I’m the manager . I asked about why my Insurance had just assigned me and told me to call and make my appointment She said who’s your Insurance I said Humana she said Oh God Well we are not taking Patients so looks like you need to call them don’t it . If this is the concern they have or show , as a Retired Healthcare Professional I am expecting a lot of Pt Conditions and Lab Values and Vitals are also ignored and the Patients are at Risk The Physician is responsible for the actions and type of employee they have . Sounds like I’m lucky not to have my health put in Risk at this Facility
