Dr. Lawrence Ehrlich, DO

The nurse practitioner is fantastic she’s the one I’ve seen the whole time and she does great work. But whoever handles the paperwork and prescriptions is not. First, on my new medication the Pharmacy never got it after a week. Called the office, lady says “Oh, I didn’t know it needed pre-authorization.” Had to wait another full day, got it late at night when I can only take it mornings. Dose doubled later: Pharmacy gave me the old half-amount. They said the system had the new dose but not the updated quantity. Paid for a full month, only got two weeks’ worth. Now ran out, Pharmacy says prescription expired. Weekend, so they can’t call the office. Called office today 12-3pm phones completely off. Finally got through, she says “Oh that’s weird, it should be in now, just call pharmacy later.” Pharmacy has it but needs to talk to the dr who’s closed again. So I’m stuck going days without my meds again. Unfortunate since the Nurse Practitioner is fantastic, but my meds are always messed up
