I was a patient of Dr. Lal for over 10 years. The only reason I stayed is he is one of the few Sleep Apnea doctor near me. Over the years he spends little time with his patients (3 minutes to be exact). He says and asks the same questions everytime making me feel insigificant. His office staff wasn't much better. Rude and didn't care. When I called to cancel an appointment the receptionist just said ok. When I proceeded to tell her that I would be no longer using his service again just an ok and hung up. The only good person there is Valerie.
