-Extremely Unprofessional Conduct & Poor Business Practices- I’m writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience I had at your office. From the moment I arrived, the behavior of the staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly unacceptable. Refusing to allow a patient to speak with the doctor without first demanding payment—especially in a condescending manner and in front of other patients—was inappropriate and embarrassing. The way this situation was handled felt less like a medical practice and more like a poorly run business lacking in empathy or professionalism. Heather, your attitude toward patients reflects poorly on the entire office. Eye-rolling and passive-aggressive behavior are not acceptable forms of communication in a healthcare setting. If your goal was to alienate and insult someone seeking care, congratulations—you succeeded. Theresa, working in healthcare should come with a basic level of compassion and responsibility. Instead, the office was disorganized, communication was lacking, and your behavior was immature and unprofessional. As for Dr. Padala, I was extremely disappointed in how a complaint was handled. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a constructive resolution, you resorted to defensiveness and veiled threats. That’s not how a competent medical professional should conduct themselves. This experience has left me with serious concerns—not only about your staff’s competence and behavior but also about your ability to ethically and professionally manage a medical practice. I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate boards and sharing my experience in public forums so others are informed. No patient should be treated this way.
