Dr. Kyle Stephens, DO

I had the pleasure of being Dr. Stephen's patient for about a year and a half until Dignity dropped all Gold Coast patients. Being seen by him was awesome because he spends time listening to you and your concerns and explains things carefully. He definitely knows his stuff; there was nothing that I couldn't share with him, he also doesn't judge and gives you alternatives if you are not up for a test or treatment. Unfortunately towards the end of my time with him in the later half of 2024, his office began to fall behind, I wasn't able to see him anymore they kept saying he did not have appointments available even though I needed him to check out my shoulder for an injury, I just wanted to be referred to a chiro or PT but couldn't get in. His office would claim to send him messages on my behalf but that didn't seem to be the case considering I never got in. If you want a great doctor he is a great one, but his front office staff will be a barrier to him so keep that in mind.
