Hour and a half waits, at least, for every single visit I've ever had with this doctor for more than 5 years. Dr. Himsl is fine, but his office manager Kim sets his schedule so that there are lines and crowds of patients waiting everywhere and when you finally get seen for about 5 minutes, there's never an apology or acknowledgement for the wait. And when I've taken the time, after all the waiting, to go to see the office manager Kim about the unacceptable wait, her response has always been that I shouldn't be complaining and all doctors are like that. I unfortunately have had to see doctors almost daily for back surgeries and most are not like this. Good doctors make sure to see their patients on time. That's part of being a good doctor. Perhaps they don't have an office manager like Kim that books at least twice as many patients as the doctor can see in the time he or she is in the office. There are other very good urologists in the area, that see their patients on time.
