Dr. Kurt Holmes, DDS

My name is Patrick Sanders I went to Dr. Kurt Holmes dentist office on Tuesday 08-25-2020 at 9:00am. I have cigna health insurance which pays for regular or routine dental cleaning for free twice a year. The nurse said to me that I needed a deep cleaning which is an additional $160.00 out of pocket cost. I explain to the nurse that times are hard for me right now, because of the coronavirus, and I cannot afford the additional out of pocket cost of $160.00. I ask her can i get a regular free cleaning today and when i get some extra money i will come back. The nurse said no and refuse to give me a regular teeth cleaning which would have been free. This office procedures are simply "AWFUL" to refuse someone for a regular cleaning and to refuse to do any type of dental cleaning just to get extra money and tells the customer they need a deep cleaning once you are at the office, they could have told me this prior to coming to the office. they deserve a minus zero rating.???
