It pains me to even have to leave this review. My family has been using this doctor and her facility for over 10 years. The problem lays with her staff. Her staff is continously rude and nasty. They show no care for patients and often miscommunicate with said patients. The person at the desk, WHOMEVER she is, has a nasty tone with patience seeking simple information. She either needs to be replaced or retrained in the area of customer service and basic patient care.
