She had a manager who was phenomenal at keeping everything on track. After that manager left everything fell apart. It’s been over 4 months trying to get my monthly injection. Calling or texting is USELESS as no one responds. By some luck if you do get a hold of someone it’s like starting from scratch with them. She is very forgetful (hence why she needed that manager before) despite taking a ton of notes. I don’t recommend her EVER, if you’re a current patient LEAVE
