My wife was scheduled for abdominal surgery, not something elective but urgent. Her surgeon tried for 2 weeks to get a release with no response. so the surgery was canceled and will have to wait another 2 weeks hopefully it doesn't go septic. Very unprofessional. The entire staff should be fired. Gave them a 1 since a zero was not availible
