The appointment started with a 2 hour wait beyond our scheduled time. Then the front staff loudly gossiped about a young patient who was in the office, then left briefly to get payment so he’d treat her. Then we had the worst experience we’ve ever had.Pershall was exceedingly rude, arrogant, condescending… I could go on and on… to me and my 93 year old mother. He asked why we were there and we tried to tell him symptoms. To which he replied he wasn’t interested in a laundry list. When we mentioned an odd thing going on in her throat, he said he wouldn’t talk about her throat. I’m sorry, I thought the T in ENT stood for Throat?!?! When I asked him if we’d done something to offend him he said no, so I asked what the reason was for his behavior. His response was to tell us we wouldn’t be welcome back. To which I laughed at the absurd idea that we’d want to return. I pray all will heed these warnings and avoid his office like the plague. BTW, I never do reviews, but I had to this time.
