Doctor provided no information more than what my PCP provided. Ordered tests that had already been done. Diagnosed an asymptomatic condition and prescribed “wait and see” as a remediation. Office is also technologically backwards, as a follow up via FaceTime was scheduled, I verified by calling the office beforehand, but a regular voice call was made. Then, a “no show” charge was levied against me, despite the fact that I wasted more than an hour waiting for a FaceTime call. Thought I’d straightened out the charge, but a year later the charge reappears and they want to send me to collections. If you want useful, competent care, go elsewhere.
