This Dr and her staff literally filled out ppwk stating I had “no physical limitations” when that is literally what my condition is—physical limitations daily. When I tried to contact them—I was gatekeeped and never allowed to speak with the Dr! Terrible. Went to them for a number of years. Forced me into having to be a burden on my family and now I have to start all over with new Dr that actually cares! Whether her staff filled out ppwk incorrectly—they refused to fix it. Worst MA I have ever dealt with.
