This provider is somewhat thorough but loves to exaggerate in hopes to get patients to return for further treatment. But the main problem is her staff at Gastroenterologist Associates!!! They are absolutely terrible!! This provider Dr Naik is currently pregnant and will be taking a few months off from her practice (totally understandable!!). However, Gastroenterologist Associates has no clue as to what they’re going to do with her current patients in the meantime. Their other providers are booked up. And Dr Naik ordered for the staff to have me do some testing done at one of the nearby hospitals prior to my next appointment. So what does the staff at Gastroenterologist Associates do? Absolutely nothing!! They don’t give me any paperwork to get an appointment with the hospital for the testing!! They just send me home and tell me that the hospital will contact me with further information. Then my next Dr Naik appointment comes and I’ve heard nothing from anyone concerning my testing!!
