First off, I have never even been in the same room as this women and she refused to renew my prescription cause she failed to auto renew it until I got a blood test. I called and explained I was never told or notified to complete that and this medication requires adherence and consistently taking it so symptoms do not return. She failed to listen and threatened to withhold medication unless blood test was completed. I work nights and it was incredibly difficult to work around my schedule with kids, work, activities to complete this. She is brutally awful and lacks any wherewithal about patients who see other doctors. I specifically requested not be seen by her as she has brutal reviews online about how terrible she is and here we are. Apparently patients do not matter and she can’t even do her job correctly. Let alone it was a struggle to have the script renewed every month cause she didn’t send over the correct information. STAY AWAY FROM HER!!
