Waited a month for an appointment. Which these days, isn’t so bad. For some unknown reason, you’re required to play the telephone game. At your first visit you are required to see a PA and then after that information is relayed to the doctor, she will come in. Unfortunately, my six year battle was not relayed correctly. Doctor spent maybe 5-10 minutes with me. Referred to a few places but given no paperwork or names. After your first visit, you can see the doctor (they say). Not true in my case. PA for my second visit. After sending numerous messages without a response, I think I’ll find a practice where you can see the doctor. My issues (six years of surgery and pain), were dismissed immediately. If you want to see a doctor, find another practice. Even after requesting a call from the MD, an assistant called. Very disappointed.
