I have been a patient of Dr Thomas for 10 years, had always been good and recently did my cataract surgery and that went well. However something has happened as he is treating patients very poorly. I took my wife in and he made us wait over3 hours. When he finally did see us I remarked to him we had waited 3 hours. He got mad, made an abusive remark, left the room and didn’t come back. Such arrogance, someone needs to remind him who is paying his bills. There is no reason to treat patients like this.
