I initiated care with to confirm a celiac diagnosis. Dr. P was 1.5hrs late to our appointment and claimed that I wasn't on her calendar despite the front desk checking me in and her MA bringing me back to the room. This was distressing given I was anxious abr this diagnosis and was just looking for comfort/support. The MA was condescending and unhelpful. Dr. P was brief when she came in for my appt, which lasted five minutes. She did get me in for my Endo quickly, which was appreciated. 2wks later for the procedure, she was an hour late (I understand this happens but frustrating for it to happen 2x in such short order.) The results were due back in a week and I called twice, 10 days & 14 days later to get them. On my second call, the front desk gave the MA the message and she immediately called and left a VM with my results (as though she had had them and forgot). She said 'yup, so confirmed celiac dx, so eat GF' and no details about follow up (no referal to an RD, no appt with doc).
