If I could give this provider zero stars, I would. My son has diagnoses of autism, ADHD, and treatment resistant anxiety & depression. Reports have been sent from his neuropsychologist with all of this information. The doctor said he had to go in in person because he couldn’t maintain eye contact with him virtually, asked if he was always slow, and refused to hear his concerns about his suggested medication change. Many people on the spectrum struggle with eye contact; between all of his diagnoses, he often requires repetition, has a longer processing time as stated in his reports, and has an extremely difficult time leaving the house; and he has been on the medication combination suggested recently which was ineffective. Instead of hearing him out, he proceeded to list other health systems with psychiatry departments to call if he didn’t want to follow his plan of care. We will NOT be returning to see him - callous, rude, horrible bedside manner (ridiculous considering his specialty).
