Dr. Joshua Bentley, DO

I was diagnosed with a chiari malformation and referred to Dr. Bentley and was never educated on my condition nor possible treatment options even after expressing confusion, anxiety and frustration after being told majority of my life I was a hypochondriac. My visit was unproductive and uninformative. I was just told I needed a neurologist. He didn't need to schedule an office appointment if that's all I needed.He watched me unravel as years of medical gaslighting from other neurologist and general practitioners then he has his staff refuse to schedule another appointment even though my chart said I was to follow up as needed because I am being 'observed for surgery'.I never could schedule a follow up after a spinal tap because he told his staff I didn't need to see him. His compassionate care definitely wasn't extended to me at any point as a patient. He just looked at me, didn't go over my images with me and he was paid by my insurance to do nothing for me. I felt exploited.
