Dr Carmona was great with my surgery, However his staff is a whole other story, 8 weeks after my surgery when I returned to normal diet I started getting extreme stomach pain, non stop diaherea for two weeks so I called my PP and was given antibiotics in the event it was a stomach bug, It was not ! so I called Dr Carmona's office hoping to speak with a NP or the DR himself, The girl that answered the phone advised me to "Stick with my Original Diet" this of course was after 10 minutes of being on hold, when I explained to her that I said nothing of the sort she put me on hold for ANOTHER 10 minutes, by this point I was not to worked up as this level of service is the norm, However when she got back to me and said a "Medical Assistant" will call you back tomorrow because they cant do it today cause they have "Clinic" now to be honest I have no idea what that means but its clearly more important than taking 5 minutes out of there day to call a patient who is in extreme pain,
