I would like to submit a review regarding Dr. Jordan Moseson. I scheduled a consultation specifically to discuss and arrange a colonoscopy, expecting to speak directly with the physician who would perform the procedure. However, Dr. Moseson did not meet with me, and I was instead seen only by a physician assistant.As a patient, I believe it is important to have the opportunity to speak with the doctor responsible for my care, especially before undergoing a medical procedure. The purpose of this appointment was to receive his professional guidance, ask questions, and gain reassurance. Not having that opportunity was disappointing and felt unprofessional.Patients deserve clear communication and direct interaction with their physician in situations like this, and this experience did not meet those expectations.
