I was a regular patient of Dr. Sidon, I normally see him twice or thrice a year depending on the circumstance. I called their office to have my prescription be refilled and the lady whom I talked to said that she will relay the message to Dr. Siddon. After a few hours I received a call from Doctor Siddon's office informing me that I have to make an appointment to see Doctor Siddon before they can call in to refill my prescription. Money first before doctor's prescription.
