He listened well and did not pressure me in any way to have shoulder surgery (which he admitted was fun to do) when my overall condition, in my mind, precluded it. He laid out the treatment options for my rotator cuff arthropathy and let me decide - unusual, in my experience. Knowledgeable and smart and kind.
