Dr. Jonathan French, MD

On Feb 5th 2025 I had an appointment with Dr. French for back pain my Primary doctor sent over 2 xrays one from 2020 and 0ne 2025 which clear shows the compressed discs I have and with her notes clearly stating "Spondylosis" and referred me to this office to seek treatment I was also referred to physical therapy for a pinched nerve because of the compressed discs and by the time of the available appointment with him I have already been in PT 4 weeks in my appointment with him he said I had a hip issue and needed PT I said to him I am already in PT for it and I was here to seek help/treatment for my spine we went back and forth at which point I asked him if he even looked at my chart and saw the Xrays that were sent to them he said yes but PT is how this is treated I said I was here to about my spine to get an MRI scheduled the get the best way to treat the issue with my spine he told me insurance would not pay for an MRI w/o 6 weeks of PT I left that off feeling not heard feeling just shut down of what the pain and discomfort I have ... I called my insurance and was told I didn't need a referral to get an MRI so at that point it was clear to me this Dr had no interest in trying to treat me.. I has since then made an appointment with a different spine specialist and after seeing me, the Xrays, and my Primary Dr's notes he talked to me about 4 different possible ways to treat "Spondylosis" with an MRI scheduled and a follow up appointment to go over the MRI and then decide which treatment would be best for me... SHAME on YOU for literally just DISMISSING me like you did
