Dr Ward did not see my wife for a annual check up until 1 :30 hours past our appointment time, even though multiple people came and went. I asked the receptionist why hasn't my wife been seen yet? She did not know why . More people came and went . Finally after one and a half hour wait, Dr .Ward saw my wife. He spent 3 minutes with my wife and left. A month later at a fitness center where he was soliciting more customers, I spoke with him about my wife's visit to his office. He did not apologize, but repeat 3 times were you happy your results? The results count. Stay away from this Doctor!
