To start with I could not get a return call from his office for a full week before the cataract surgery. Then all my paperwork said it would be my right eye, so that's where I used the prescribed drops, but when I arrived, I was informed it was my left eye for this visit. Then my eye was not numb when he started cutting, and when I flinched from the pain, he got angry, swore and kept cutting even though I said I could feel the knife. On the follow-up visit I expected reassurance that would not happen again, but instead he was still angry and defensive, accused me of lying and refused to do the other eye. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a medical professional, ever.
