I was sent to him to be evaluated for TOS. Prior to seeing Dr. Wain, I had, had a couple of scans indicating serious compression of my subclavian artery and sub clavian vein. He had an MRA run on me which showed almost no compression. He chose to ignore all other imaging, as well as my medical history history. He referred me to a neurologist that was booked out 9 months, to be evaluated for neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome. I really think he just wanted to send me away so I could lose interest in the diagnosis. The neurologist he referred me to said he thought I have thoracic outlet syndrome, but he's not sure if it's vascular or neurogenic. He said there really weren't any tests he could run to confirm Neurogenic, and I already had some tests showing vascular. I need help desperately, but Dr Wain clearly has no desire to help me.
