We have now been rescheduled 4 times after my wife suffered a major injury. She spent over 3 and a half decades dealing with medical trauma patients and I have spent similar time providing doctors with surgical instruments and implants. Never have I seen a staff as difficult to work with even when I have been working with surgeons developing new technologies. Dealing with the FDA and the equivalent government agencies worldwide, I have a severely fixed schedule round the clock based on government times and cannot reschedule as easily as this doctor wants to reschedule. Dr Riehl's office seems to not have any time to spend even keeping appointments much less seeing a patient on-time after waiting over 2 hours after an appointment time twice.
