I wish I could hug Dr. Clough. The most compassionate physician I have ever met. Took the time to speak with me over the phone as I was driving to town. Then came back to the hospital later in the evening to meet with myself and the family to discuss my mom’s case. Although my mom did pass away, he had the greatest beside manor, so compassionate, honest and anything you could ever one in a doctor overseeing your loved one. There are not enough thank yous in the world.

I have been a patient of Dr Clough for several years. He has done three back surgeries on my lower back. I can not ask for a better Dr. But, since Kay Carpenter has retired, the nurses have dropped the ball on me several times. Don't know what happened. Been working on getting a trial spinal stimulator test since a week before Kay retired. Have called three times since then. I don't like to bug people so I waited a couple of months between the calls. Each time I call they don't know what I'm even talking about. I personally really miss Kay. She was awesome. Like I said, has nothing to do with Dr Clough. Only gave one star hopping that the office see this and gets things straightened out.
