Dr. Carmody is just flat out amazing, The staff up front needs a serious lesson in customer service.They are rude, arrogant and no matter how Amazing Dr. Carmody is at his job. When you get through dealing with the staff up front you are looking to see where another great Dr. is in the Ark-La-Tex. I have dealt with customers all my career and I can honestly say, this group definitely gets a zero in my book. The sad thing is, they simply act like they could care less if they were good at their job or not. The patient is at the bottom of their concern. As a customer they make you feel like they really hated you came in today but since your here get over there and set and wait until we call you. Sometimes its pretty quick thank god. Other times it may be 3.5 hours and that's just flat unacceptable in any profession.
