Patient Reviews

I had an appointment scheduled to establish care with this general cardiologist. After a subsequent ER visit, this doctor decided I should see an EP and unilaterally canceled my existing appointment without notifying or discussing it with me.I am already establishing care with Electrophysiology. I need a GENERAL CARDIOLOGIST on my care team as well.Rather than asking about my existing EP care or whether I still needed the appointment, the office simply canceled it. Patients should be included in decisions affecting their access to scheduled care.Trying to get this resolved took hours. Getting someone on the phone was extremely difficult, with the phone ringing unanswered for extended periods.NOT RECOMMENDED.
