Doctor has a heavy accent and is difficult to understand for such a vital specialist role and had no support team to provide extra help. Visits are at least 45 minutes late. Lacks empathy and understanding of someone with Alzheimer's as the main concern and ordered tests that the patient could no longer do and for which we no longer had time on our hands - ending up with no solution and adding unnecessary stress. Luckily have found better empathy and understanding with NYU, but unfortunately missed the opportunity to actually find some real help here.
