Wife was a patient but hadn't been in a few years and called about a lab to see if they would look at it since he was her last used doctor. They refused since we hadn't been in awhile. No problem.Fast forward a little bit, needed a doctor and wife called to see if she could start as a new patient since that is what Villegas required. After he didn't call back to confirm for a few days if they were accepting new patients, called again and was told 'The Dr. won't take you as a patient since you called in and asked to read you labs, we don't want a patient like you.' Unprofessional at best for someone who was willing to pay and start as a new patient as requested. Dissapointing.
