**Absolutely awful experience at Dr. Gotvald's office.** After scheduling my appointment, I received zero confirmation via email or text message—not even a basic acknowledgment. This glaring lack of communication is unacceptable for any medical professional. When I arrived on what I believed was the correct day, the dismissive front desk worker informed me my appointment was on October 25th. This was infuriating as I had meticulously planned my schedule around this visit right after my vacation. Clearly, there was a mistake when booking, but the front desk worker refused to even check the records. Her words? "There is nothing I can do," delivered with a careless shoulder shrug and an expression that screamed, "I don't care about you." Her rude demeanor was not just unhelpful but downright insulting. She basically told me to buzz off without any hint of empathy or professionalism. This kind of treatment is utterly disgraceful. My time and energy were completely wasted by this negligent office. Dr. Gotvald needs to address these severe issues immediately. This level of customer service is unacceptable and suggests serious systemic problems within the practice. I strongly advise potential patients to reconsider before wasting their time and energy here. I will not be returning and am now searching for a new doctor. This experience was a thorough disappointment, and no one should have to go through what I did.
