First time visit. She stood by her laptop for the whole of the visit (15 minutes). I told her of my concerns and asked how they could be monitored. She snapped back with a firm negative. No monitoring 'AGE OUT'! Wow...that was a first. Never heard that one. And so I have written this one off.
