Doesn't matter how knowledgeable or skillful a doctor may be...if the patient is always having to wait week/s for a timely response about extensive, invasive, expensive medical testing repeatedly (more than once over a 6 month period) then they are obviously not interested in dealing with a patients health. On more than one occasion, I've had to prompt this practice in getting back to me about results of tests and procedures as to what is next. This practice and their affiliated outpatient surgery facility has a terrible automated phone system that will put you on hold for hours with no one answering. When reported to practice manager, she had me on speaker phone which lead to a poor hearing experience and was not remotely responsive to addressing any issues. I can not recommend this practice.
