I would not Bet or put my life in the hands of such an unprofessional doctors office . I have made three surgery coordination appointments with this doctor for surgery . back in 2017 my appointment was cancelled due to “Potential nicotine” in my system even though i had quick smoking a year prior . Skip to 2018 my appointment was cancelled due to being given the wrong date . scheduled a third appointment Last week i call in to confirm support letters i needed for my appointment on the 29th of june ( my appointment was set in October of last year ) i Spoke to Alicia, confirmed the dates & times with her last week to ensure everything was fine . I was told everything was fine and to make sure i had correct letter with me when i arrived . This was on the 20th of june . Today i call in to make sure i have the address right and i am greeted by a Rude alicia who proceeded to tell me that they did not even have an appointment down for me . After i mention i spoke to her just last week
