Was scheduled to get a Visco supplementation injection in knee. After waiting a month for visit to have treatment, On day of treatment I was told they could not proceed because they did not have product. They told me my pharmacy had it which was not true. My pharmacy could not fill due to no response from Dr. Office on not finding a supplier. Insurance company further added that the authorization had been approved but the authorization had expired as I had not had the injection within the authorized time. All this boils down to the office not doing their job. To add insult to injury, they blamed me for the pharmacy not contacting me about not having the product. What!!!??
