Dr. Jennifer Cook, MD

Cook is without a doubt the worst doctor I had the misfortune to have taken care of my husband. Not only does she have an attitude problem she is horrible at surgery. My husband has been in severe pain worse than prior to surgery. After care was a nightmare and totally dropped the ball on scheduling pt after knee replacement by the time she finally sent in rx knee was completely locked up. A year plus later and several opinion later it has been declared a failed procedure and has to be redone. She is incompetent and could care less she figures oh well there is more where they came from. Don’t be the next failure of hers it’s a long painful experience and not over yet. This woman could care less about your welfare. Point proven it was suggested we see her partner to get a revised knee done . Since it was not the practice we had an issue with and loved Dr. Handf Sr we decided to stick with the group and see his son. To our horror we made an appointment to see him and got a call a few days later that they refused to treat us due to the fact we left a poor review on Jennifer Cook . So instead of trying to correct a wrong they decided to leave him in complete agony and a knee that is turning inward and the leg is swelling from hip to ankle. This is the ethics of this office. Do incompetent work and discharge a patient for leaving an honest review.
