No matter when you call, nobody answers the phone. You can leave a message, but nobody ever calls back. You have to physically go there to make an appointment. The staff is rude and does not want to talk. Jeff is a good Dr, from my experience, but he took on too many patients and is in too much of a hurry. I went to his Dad and then him all my life, but changed a few years ago since he does not take medicaid.
