It took 3 requests and 7 months to receive my surgery results! Then had a cancer diagnosis and only a 3 hour robotic nephrectomy was advised. Subsequently received a second opinion at Mayo Clinic and they have monitored for 6 months and did not recommend surgery but a kryo ablation when and if the size increases!!Very disappointed in Dr Stern....they had me scheduled for a surgery!Even scheduling is often cancelled and delayed on numerous occasions. Communication is almost non existent between Dr and patient.
