Easily the most frustrating office to work with. No one ever seems to know anything about what's next, why someone asked me to call, what anything will cost, whether it will be covered, etc. In the event you get a human on the phone, you get bounced around from station to station because no one knows what's going on or who I should talk to. The last time I called the person got really snippy and impatient. I was just returning a call. The message left no indication about why they were calling, yet I'm the one who is treated like I'm stupid. 10/05/2020, 11:15 am.
