I have never felt more respected and valued by a doctor than with Dr Laferriere. She listens and hears what you're actually saying, not just waits for the quickest reason to dismiss your problems like many doctors. (I've had several hasty misdiagnoses that Dr Laferriere has helped me get to the actual cause of.) She is diligent, kind, extremely competent, and just plain pleasant to deal with. The staff where I see her is also very good.
